Digenis – a queer performer with a small following – can’t connect: estranged from his family, he has almost no friends and seems destined to unrequited love. Clinically depressed, he is diagnosed with autism, a revelation that kick-starts a journey of self-discovery, as she comes out as transgender, transitioning to becoming Sylvia Robyn.
